After building careers delivering technology programmes in the United States, Sanaa and Kamran made Oman home, drawn by its people, its culture and its vision. Too often they saw clients dealing with vendors that sell more than they deliver, price work above its value, and rarely deliver in Arabic. Thiqah was built to change that: complete project delivery, and more, in English and Arabic, at a fair price. The name means trust, and the aim is for every client to feel relaxed, knowing they have someone dependable to rely on.

Sanaa leads delivery at Thiqah, overseeing implementations, launch management and quality assurance from planning through go-live. She holds a PMP, an OCM credential and an MBA, and has 16+ years of experience at Apple, PowerSchool and the State of California, including leading a 24-site contact-centre modernisation for a state agency. She speaks English and Arabic, and is excited by Oman’s growth potential and the chance to help deliver Vision 2040.
Kamran is Managing Director of Thiqah, leading business development and client relationships. He brings 17+ years of experience across finance, audit and technology, including roles with the State of California and the Big Four. He has also taught at college level, and he is excited by Oman’s growth potential and the chance to contribute to Vision 2040.
